Reviews and Ratings
After our long trip to Greece, the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although a bit old, were okay, but the laminate flooring was cold. The double king-size bed was actually two singles put together, making it a bit uncomfortable. The location, although fantasic for exploring Athens and Kifisia, had thin walls. The dining experience was average, with good variety but not impressive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a 4-star rating, not quite reaching 5 stars.
The hotel offers a good standard overall with lovely views of Parnitha and Penteli mountains from the balcony, though the spotlight shining through the windows of the room was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly but could have been more welcoming initially. The location in Kifissia is charming with easy access to dining options, but it is a bit far from central Athens. The dining experience was pleasant with a nice selection of items, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great with nice shops and restaurants nearby, but the room was not up to a high standard and the service left much to be desired. However, the dining experience was good overall with a variety of selections.
The hotel is situated in a chic area full of shops and restaurants, offering great variety but limited choices. The rooms, though not of top standard, were cozy and combatable with complementary slippers. The service was friendly overall, especially Nikos at reception, but breakfast service fell short. The location, while close to historical sites and amenities, was a letdown. The dining was okay, with a typical selection but slightly lacking. Facilities met basic needs without standing out.
The hotel offers clean rooms with access to swimming pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, but they are a bit old-fashioned and smaller than expected. The service is top-notch, except for some management issues about fines. The location is very good, especially for exploring the surrounding boutiques and restaurants. The dining experience is average with limited options. The facilities provide access to various amenities.
My stay at Theoxenia Palace was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel welcomed us with friendly staff and warm service, but there were some issues with the room setup and the dining experience. The location in the beautiful part of Athens was great, and the facilities were satisfactory.
